Momentum Logistics is currently seeking to fulfill a full time dispatch position in it's Pointe Claire, QC office.

**Purpose**:
Responsible for the effective management of an assigned fleet of drivers and trucks (Dry/Reefer/Flatbed).

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating work orders
- Planning, monitoring and executing dispatch of all outbound LTL - FTL customer loads
- Managing lanes, assets and space to ensure maximization of revenues and optimization of equipment
- Quoting and providing rates to customers
- Scheduling appointments and tracking trucks daily to ensure on time pick-ups and deliveries
- Preparing all customs documentation to ensure clearance for border crossing
- Creating drivers envelopes and warehouse road sheets
- Approving all drivers pays
- Ensuring drivers sheets are correct by verifying gate reports
- Searching for freight to fill empty lanes
- Coordinating deliveries with warehouse and garage for departures
- Providing regular and proactive customer service to all clients to maintain relationships
- Communicating with drivers regularly to maintain engagement, provide encouragement and support them with issues while delivering loads

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
