We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will connect the systems of new customers to our platform as smoothly and quickly as possible by using our ready-built plugins. Once connected, you support our customers by answering all their questions on how to use ChannelEngine.
**What you'll be doing**
- After our sales team signs a client, you will supervise the onboarding process, which usually starts with connecting the system of the customer to the ChannelEngine platform,
- You will coach and train the client in setting up their account,
- You will keep a close eye on whether everything runs smoothly, and you check, for example, whether the orders display correctly in the customer's systems,
- Once up and running, you assist customers with any questions they may have regarding the use of ChannelEngine,
- You proactively provide your input in order to realize process and software improvements and customer satisfaction.
**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account executive, assistant project manager, or sales support, preferably within the e-commerce market,
- Experience in onboarding new customers is a big plus,
- Affinity with technology, (please specify it in your CV or motivation letter),
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
