**Job Description Summary**:
The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, trailers, containers and small parcel couriers using equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks and by hand. Will gather sales order pick lists and ship and close out the work order. This Shipper/Receiver reports to the Logistics Manager.

The duties and responsibilities of the Shipper/Receiver will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and checking in product
- Unpacking product
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins
- May assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare products for shipping skids, wrapping, sorting
- Maintains safe and clean work area by keeping shelves and workstations neat
- Sweep, dust and mop.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- ** Work Experience**: Shipping/Receiving or related experience
- ** Organization Skills**:Ability to efficiently work in a high paced environment

- ** Communication Skills**:Ability to communicate cross-functionally throughout the organization; Good verbal and written communication

**Preferred Requirements**:

- ** Work Experience**: 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience, prior use of a skid wrapper
- ** Certification**:Hi-Lo Certification
- ** Computer Skills**:Syteline or other ERP experience
- ** Education**:High School diploma or equivalent
