Crew Staff

Come join our team Beaks Chicken is opening in Moose Jaw and we are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Staff. The Crew Staff position is responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience at our restaurant by providing friendly and efficient service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Operate the POS system to process customer payments, handle cash, and make change
- Prep and cook Beaks Chicken proprietary items, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs, sweeping floors and restocking supplies
- Ensure all necessary supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, are stocked and readily available for customers
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner escalating to management if necessary
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from management
- Cooking experience in a quick service restaurant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $13.00 per hour
