**Job description**

Btrust head office in Oakville is hiring Receptionist. Must be bilingual in both **English** and **Chinese**.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes for teams, picking, and sending mails.
- Managing Office and warehouse supplies and equipment.
- Oversee and update maintenance & cleaning records of the Office and warehouse building and communicating thoroughly with the maintenance and cleaning team.
- Keep track of all maintenance records and communicate thoroughly between company and vendor.
- Assist HR department to plan and conduct company activities and events.
- Carry out phone-screening recruitment process as assigned.
- Performing duties and tasks as assigned by HR department.

**Key Qualifications**:

- People oriented and results-driven.
- Detail Oriented.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Office Programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
