**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, referrals, and in-person networking.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact, collecting personal information, booking appointments and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to recommend the most suitable vehicles.
- Collaborate with your team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and conversion rates.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales activities, and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, inventory, and competitive pricing to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

**Qualifications**:
**Must have Driver's License**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or lead generation is considered an asset, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options is a plus, but not necessary.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
