**Schedule**:

- 8pm to 8am Friday & Saturday and 7pm to 7am Sunday
- Full-time Temporary position reporting to Foreman

**Job Statement**:
We are currently looking for a weekend team leader (TL). This individual will clean with the workers and supervise them. Additionally, they will help the foreman to make sure employees follow health & safety rules, proper SOPs, and GMP’s to have a quality cleaning job.

**Roles and Tasks**
- Plan accordingly with the foreman responsible and coordinate the crew
- Ensure the health & safety of the crew by following procedures
- Perform pre-op inspections and ensure that quality standards are well maintained.
- Follow and monitor compliance of health and safety rules including the proper use of personal protective equipment and the immediate reporting and investigation of incidents.
- Dealing with difficult situations on the floor such as taking disciplinary measures and reinforcing the discipline policy.
- Work with the maintenance crew to track and solve any incident about the parts broken or last and bring it to the attention of management and maintenance for proper and quick action.
- Provide information to the stock keeper for the logistics and for chemical, tools, and all materials in terms of needs and usage.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports and descriptions of work performed in each department to describe, certify, and assume responsibility for work performed.
- Additional duties as assigned

**Experience and requirements**:

- Capable to work within a time limit while delivering a quality cleaning job
- Physical requirements including standing for long periods of time, walking up and down steps, and lifting up to 20+ pounds
- Ability to work in a cold and warm environment
- Ability to converse in English and/or French/Spanish
- Experience in coaching and managing others
- Perfect attendance
- Preference is given to those with reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
