**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies for up to 5 clinics to increase engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each clinic’s audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement.

Community Management:

- Act as the online voice of the clinics by engaging with followers and ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and values.
- Monitor online conversations and identify opportunities to enhance brand reputation and connect with the audience.

Influencer Outreach and Partnerships:

- Identify and build relationships with influencers and local community leaders who align with clinic brands.
- Manage influencer collaborations, ensuring content delivery meets expectations and timelines.
- Track and report on influencer campaign performance.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with clinic teams to understand their goals, promotions, and content needs.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Partner with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality assets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the medical aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creation best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

Gestion des médias sociaux:
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de médias sociaux pour un maximum de 5 cliniques afin d'accroître l'engagement, la notoriété de la marque et la croissance de la communauté.

Créez, organisez et programmez du contenu convaincant (images, vidéos, bobines, histoires) adapté au public de chaque clinique.

Surveiller et répondre aux commentaires, messages et avis en temps opportun et de manière professionnelle, favorisant ainsi l'engagement de la communauté.

Gestion communautaire:
Agir en tant que voix en ligne des cliniques en interagissant avec les abonnés et en assurant l'alignement avec le ton et les valeurs de la marque.

Surveillez les conversations en ligne et identifiez les occasions d'améliorer la réputation de la marque et de vous connecter avec le public.

Marketing par courriel:
Créez et envoyez des campagnes par courriel ciblées pour soutenir les promotions, les événements et les annonces.

Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour s'assurer que le contenu des courriels s'aligne sur des initiatives marketing plus larges.

Analysez les mesures de rendement des courriels et mettez en œuvre des améliorations pour augmenter les taux d'ouverture et de clics.

Sensibilisation et partenariats avec les influenceurs:
Identifiez et établissez des relations avec des influenceurs et des leaders de la communauté locale qui s'alignent sur les marques des cliniques.

Gérez les collaborations avec les influenceurs, en vous assurant que la livraison du contenu répond aux attentes et aux délais.

Faites le suivi et créez des rapports sur le rendement des campagnes d'influence.

Rapports et analyses:
Faites le suivi et créez des rapports sur le rendement des médias sociaux, des campagnes par courriel et des partenariats d'influenceurs à l'aide d'outils d'analyse.

Fournissez des informations et des recommandations basées sur les données pour optimiser les futures campagnes.
