**Duties**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate the phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest relations to enhance their overall experience

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
