**Springfield Golf & Country Club is looking to hire responsible and motivated individuals to work some evenings and weekends.**

**You will be reporting to the Executive Chef & Sous Chef. The Dishwasher is responsible for the loading, operating and emptying of the dishwasher, various cleaning in kitchen and around facility, in addition to ensuring all kitchen equipment and surfaces are kept clean and operational.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- To load, operate and empty dishwashers, putting the dishes away
- To maintain a clean cooking area, including work table surfaces
- To sweep & mop floors, change garbages (take garbage to dumpsters)
- To clean other kitchen equipment such as blenders, mixers, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.
- To perform all duties with cleanliness in mind
- To complete all other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Open availability to work evenings and weekends
- Have reliable transportation to or be willing to use transit. (10-15 minute walk from bus stop)
- Ability to understand and follow the proper food handling and storage procedures
- Ability to work solo and be a self starter in during slow periods or work with other dishwashers on large events
- The ability to work accurately and quickly
- Able to read and write English
- Drivers license is an asset (but not a requirement ) for this position.
- Maintain peace and harmony in the kitchen and banquet facilities with regards to team Member interaction

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-15 per week
