We provide mechanical & HVAC services to owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sector. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Plumber.

In Collaboration with the Project Manager, the Plumber will install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution, waste water disposal and gas within the industrial and commercial environment.
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
- Knowledge of the standard methods, materials and equipment used in plumbing
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, and pipe-bending machines
- Assess and execute blueprints and drawings with appropriate building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures
- Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
- Mentor Apprentices as required
- **Skills & Qualification**:_
- Licensed plumber
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge/skills
- Great attention to detail
- Driven and motivated

**Salary**: $25.00-$44.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
