We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. You must have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and be coachable. Positive attitude is a MUST.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dust and disinfect all surfaces and belongings with a wet and dry rag
- Get ontop of ladder or counter to get high up surfaces and objects
- Tidy and organize spaces
- Clean windows, walls, doors, trims, light switches and fixtures
- Pull out appliances to get sides and behind as well as inside
- Do laundry, make beds and manage restockables of vacation properties
- Drive to and from different job sites
- Be punctual and have good communication with employer and clients
- Take and send photos of finished work
- Work alternating hours

**Requirements**:

- _**Valid Drivers License with own vehicle**_**:

- minimum 2 years experience in cleaning industry**_**:

- strong communication skills**_

**We start pay at 20$/hr. If you excell within our 2 week probation you will receive an increased waged of 25$/hr. Maximum hourly wage Is 30$/hr.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
