This involves gathering and understanding process and tool requirements, making recommendations for efficiency improvements, and ensuring delivery targets are met with historical analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmap discussions, representing the interests of the Technology Teams and facilitating the development of new subscription offerings. This includes working with Business Operations and Planning to allocate resources and develop additional production/optimization metrics for subscription-based products.
- Build, lead, and manage engineering unit leaders (managers, sr. managers) by communicating strategic objectives, providing clear direction, setting professional development goals, and empowering team members to be self-starting and self-sufficient. This also involves motivating, guiding, and mentoring team members, as well as developing succession plans in advance of retirements or departures.
