**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the cross-functional team through the commercialization of all PBC Foodservice innovation assuring gold standard timing and processes are followed
- Support the Foodservice Senior Marketing Manager in the development of the total business strategy, integrating consumer and customer needs in the Foodservice channel to deliver against short & long term growth opportunities; including Business Reviews, Strategic Plans & AOP
- Coordinate the activity of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of marketing programs & plans (designing POS, working closely with Brand Marketing on programming, etc.)
- Keep close connections with the Brand Marketing Teams throughout the year to ensure all planned innovation & programming are being integrated and scrutinized for the Foodservice channel
- Closely monitor & provide action plans where necessary to ensure in-market innovation & programming is delivering the desired response
- Complete ad hoc analytical requests to diagnose issues on the business, competitive threats & possible action plans to course correct
- Become a strong member of the total Foodservice Marketing & Sales Strategy Team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required (Commerce, Marketing preferred)
- 2 years plus years of Brand, Customer, Insights Marketing experience
- Demonstrate consumer centricity with passion and curiosity towards the consumer
- Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects with a bias for action
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum
- Solid organizational and project management skills - able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners
- Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information to develop understanding and insights
- A combination of Beverage and/or CPG Industry Marketing experience considered is an asset
