Hearts Choices is looking for a dedicated **Front of House & Customer Experience Representative** to join our team We're a leader in Calgary's vegan dining scene, and we need someone who shares our enthusiasm for delivering top-notch guest experiences and contributing to a sustainable food movement.

**What You’ll Do**

**Front of House Excellence**:

- Welcome every guest with warmth and positivity, making them feel at home in our restaurant.
- Take orders, serve food, and ensure each customer leaves with a smile.
- Handle quick-service tasks efficiently, keeping up with the pace during busy shifts.

**Retail Market Support**:

- During slower times, assist with restocking products in our retail market.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked market area to enhance the customer experience.

**Calgary Farmers' Market (Every Second Weekend)**:

- Work as a **cook** at our Calgary Farmers' Market West location every second Saturday and Sunday.
- Prepare and serve a simple, delicious menu while engaging with customers about our plant-based offerings.
- Ensure quality and consistency while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule & Availability**
- Shifts available Monday to Saturday at our restaurant between the hours of 11am and 8:30pm
- Cooking shifts required every second weekend at the Calgary Farmers’ Market West.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Customer Service Superstar**: Previous front-of-house experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant is essential.
- **Cooking Skills**: Hands-on experience preparing food is a big plus, as weekend cooking shifts are part of this role.
- **Multitasker Extraordinaire**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and keep things running smoothly during quieter moments.
- **Team Spirit**: Collaborate effectively with your teammates, support others, and foster a positive work environment.
- **Passion for Plant-Based Living**: While prior experience with vegan cuisine isn’t mandatory, enthusiasm for sustainable and plant-based food is highly valued.

Pay: $16.85-$17.50 per hour
