**The impact you will have**:
The** Cloud Operations Specialist **will support our Cloud Operations team and drive process improvements and change for Softchoice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a North American impact to an organization. The Cloud Operations Specialist will also assist with training and readiness with respect to general cloud operations, as well as continuously be recommending process improvements

**What you’ll do**:

- Build quotes, process cloud orders, update provisioned subscriptions, assist client account team with all operational requirements.
- Manage all processes required for setup, administration and contracting, reuqired changes and problem resolution.
- Own tasks end-to-end, and independently drive issues to resolution.
- Work cross functionally to identify and drive process improvements that enhance both customer and employee experience
- Build constructive working relationships with peers, senior leaders, and third-party vendors.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS and subscribtion based products
- Experience improving and optimizing processes that optimize customer and employee experience
- Experience running and completing operational change projects
- An understanding of the economics of cloud technology business.
