At Shift, we are looking to attract diverse, kind-hearted, and passionate people in search of a career in the renewables industry. We have an immediate opening for a full-time associate Project Coordinator to join our Project Administration team based in Victoria, BC.

Our Project Coordinator is well versed in assisting with managing new project setup, scheduling, change orders, quality control, and project closeout. We are looking for exceptional customer services communication as the project coordinator is responsible for ensuring a world-class customer experience from the time the customer approves their project to when the system is activated and producing power.

You will also be tasked with various administrative functions and coordination to support Shift Energy Group management and clients. Our office environment is diverse, upbeat, fast-paced, and dynamic.

**In the role, you will**:

- Deliver world-class customer experience for customers as their primary point of contact from project approval to solar activation and after-installation troubleshooting and warranty issues.
- Set and achieve customer expectations through all points of contact, providing regular proactive communication on project status and next steps
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer questions and requests
- Maintain consistency and professional communication with the customer
- Document and track the project tasks and project schedule
- Document all customer comments in accordance with the standard process

**Work location**:
This position requires on-site work for five (5) days per week at our office at **2657 Wilfert Rd, Victoria, BC, V9B 5Z3,** for the first six months of employment.

**Working Hours**:
40 hours a week from 8:30 am - 4:30pm.

**Professional Experience**:

- 1- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.

**Education**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
