What you will do:
- Reception - phone answering and greeting customers
- Be the main first contact for people coming into the office
- Takes payments from customers when picking up supply only or showroom
- Code and enter payables
- Collection on AR accounts
- Support with the preparation and distribution of invoices
- Supports the sales time with showroom purchases
- Reconcile daily credit card payment receipts
- Review and approve Telpay and ACH payments to vendors
- Reconcile company credit cards
- Lead and manage admin/office team
- Drive performance of team by coaching employees
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and manage office IT
resources
- Support other departments as needed
Your Experience:
- 2 - 4 Years experience in: Customer facing role, Business Admin, Accounting/Finance
- 2 years experience leading a team
- Experience in a customer facing position
- Experience working with an ERP or Inventory Software is an asset
- Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel is an asset
- Experience working in a service department is considered an asset
