JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the success of their clinic portfolio and achieve goals for the clinics based in the GTA region.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to MCA’s success in the long run.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Managers are among the most critical team members at MCA Dental As a Regional Manager, you should lead by example, prioritizing our people, patients and larger MCA community. If leading with an entrepreneurial spirit to a portfolio of Dental Clinics in the GTA region is of interest, we’d like to meet you
- Create regional plans in alignment with business objectives
- Support Clinics in the assigned region with the day-to-day operations
- Evaluate clinic and individual performances
- Identify hiring needs, select and develop a training plan with the clinic for new employees
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest techniques to increase patient acquisition, retention and satisfaction
- Set supply and staffing budget for each office and monitor;
- Analyzing weekly KPI reports and setting strategies accordingly;
- Onboarding of new clinic acquisitions and employees in assigned region
- Training/Supporting Office Managers and hosting routine weekly meetings;
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Dental Assistant, Practice Manager, Regional Manager or similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession;
- Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- A patient and friendly personality;
- Attention to detail;
- Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job;
