**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary

**Skills**
- Proficient in food safety practices related to sushi preparation
- Experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably as a cook or chef
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sushi Chef: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
