Vacancy: Single storey
- Elementary/JR High school, consisting of standard classrooms, library, gymnasium and administrative complex. Hot water heating system with central heating and ventilation unit.

Hours of Work: Day Shift (commences after 7:00 a.m. and before 2:00 p.m.)

Overall Accountability: Responsible for the care, cleaning and security of the school building and all of its grounds. Performs interior and exterior cleaning of school and grounds maintenance. Schedules the work of the Cleaning Assistant and Cleaners. Participates in and provides leadership and direction in such work as well as in other work that may be required by the School Principal and/or Caretaking Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications: Possession of a valid Alberta Building Operator “B” Certificate, or Fifth Class Power Engineering Certificate of Competency, and meets the minimum legislated requirements for heating surfaces in accordance with the Alberta Boiler Safety Association(ABSA), together with demonstrated ability to properly and safely start up and operate a school heating system. Successful completion of Calgary Catholic Schools Caretaking Course

The successful applicant will attend an orientation meeting with the Principal and Caretaking Manager/Supervisor.
