WAXOLOGY is Langley's premier all waxing specialty salon and we are seeking friendly, fun and energetic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team

**Position Requirements & Details**:

- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Managing the front desk, which includes responding to client inquires and scheduling appointments in a timely manor
- Can-do attitude, you always go the extra mile in providing an excellent customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with co-workers to ensure smooth workflow and a positive environment
- Processing payments and maintaining client records
- Must be knowledgeable and comfortable posting on social media (Instagram stories)
- Be organized, reliable, and detail oriented
- Stay up to date on current services, products and salon policies
- Maintain reception area, light cleaning, restocking and assisting with inventory as needed
- Proficient in basic computer skills. Knowledge in Google Workspace and Square is an advantage
- One year of experience as a receptionist within a salon or similar industry preferred

**We are looking to fill a part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week. Salon hours are between 10am-7pm, 10am-6pm and 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday (Closed Sunday's). Shifts range between 4 to 8 hours and flexibility is a plus**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
