**What you’ll be doing**
- Map user experience workflow and questions for various use cases
- Review customer experiences and identify paint points.
- Participate in digital team meetings
- Work with team on projects as assigned.
- Write Frequently Asked Questions and blog content
- Support designers and members of CX team as needed
- Work within our CMS system to update landing pages and blogs
- Support the content team with crafting messaging across digital channels
- Write in-app microcopy focused on clarity, usability, and consistency to guide users through their journey
- Liaise with product teams to understand features of our core products and services and translate those benefits to our users and audiences
- Ensure content aligns with accessibility standards, internal style and effectively drives organizational objectives.
- Craft SEO content for blogs and landing pages that enhance target customer acquisition, expansion, conversion and retention

**What you bring**
- Has experience working in teams and collaborating.
- Detailed oriented, including taking notes
- Experience in customer facing role, that developed a sense of customer empathy
- Experience creating flow charts and customer journey maps desired
- Able to handle tight timeless and work with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills
- Enrolment in a digital content, marketing or design program in college of university
- Experience writing for digital products and a portfolio to share
- A willingness to learn and a great attitude

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
