Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

**Duties**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales strategies
- Maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Assist in account management and post-sales support

**Skills**:

- Experience in technical sales, outside sales, a background in chemistry or business development is preferred
- Strong ability to analyze data and customer needs to drive sales
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Familiarity with technology sales and products
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Familiar with and able to effectively use social media platforms.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus, but not required
