Responsibilities:

- Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (e.g., wood, plastic, fiberglass) to construct various structures, including furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows
- Install structures and fixtures, such as framing, partitions, trim, moldings, and staircases
- Repair or replace damaged or defective structures and components
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all carpentry work, adhering to industry standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects, contractors, and electricians, to ensure smooth project coordination
- Operate and maintain a variety of carpentry tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools related to carpentry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to accurately measure and calculate dimensions
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Education and Certifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certification or vocational training in carpentry is a plus

**Salary**: $18.65-$37.63 per hour
