**Position Overview**: The Vice President, Operations will be instrumental in catalyzing our growth, assisting in staff development, analyzing financials, and ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, fostering a culture of excellence across all dealership locations. This individual will play a central role in steering our new franchise locations to achieve strategic objectives and operational benchmarks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the comprehensive oversight of daily operations across various dealership locations, setting a gold standard in customer service, operational efficiency, and maintenance excellence.
- Coordinate with the executive team to find new opportunities for success and organizational growth.
- Strategize and execute plans for sales enhancement, operational profitability, and geographic expansion, with a keen focus on maximizing the franchise's market potential.
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to surpass fiscal targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to business growth and operational success.
- Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth in all areas of the dealership's operations.
- Support strategic goals and assist with business planning.
- Provide key insights on potential grants, promotions, or cost-saving opportunities at a dealership and organizational level.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience in the automotive industry, particularly in a managerial role, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of automotive sales, finance, and service operations.
- Experience developing processes, policies, or guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Prior experience managing or leading projects with multiple stakeholders in an inclusive environment.
