Trade Tech Industries is looking for a full-time permanent Structural, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel Detailer. We specialize in the fabrication and installation of structural steel, miscellaneous metals, aluminum and stainless steel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize and develop SDS2 database for structural & miscellaneous projects.
- Generate accurate and detailed drawings from general conceptual information and design notes for approvals, shop fabrication and installation
- Able to conceptualize structural and architectural details in three dimensions
- Provide project drafting schedules and be accountable for maintaining schedules efficiency
- Communicating with team, vendors, architects, engineers, general contractors and on-site field mangers
- Fast learner with attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally
- Team player with the ability to work with different project teams daily
- Demonstrate effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good work ethic and punctual

**Education**:

- Diploma in Structural/Civil drafting or technology from accredited University or Technical College
- Courses in Steel drafting considered an asset

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in the industry
- This position requires knowledge and experience with SDS2, minimum 1 year
- Knowledgeable in Pro Steel and AutoCAD an asset
