Reporting to the Detailing Manager, the **Detailer / Project Coordinator **will be responsible for the technical execution of our multiple construction projects in the province of British Columbia.

**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Review detailers drawings to make sure there are no errors and that they comply with canadian and government standards
- Release bar lists to be used for the manufacturing of reinforcing steel length, diameter and bending requirements
- Produce placing drawings according to Structural Drawings
- Schedule and plan on site delivery of rebar
- Draft RFI’s for the Project Manager to send to clients.
- Suggest and implement technical solutions to improve site and project challenges outcome
- Monitor drawing submission schedule according to the project schedule
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in technical engineering, architecture, or building design
- 5 to 8 years of experience detailing rebar
- Proficient in design and drafting using AutoCAD
- Good organizational and multitasking skills;
- Must be able to read and understand drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
