**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and as the first point of contact for customers, this position plays a crucial role in the dealership environment by greeting and welcoming customers, handling incoming telephone calls and inquiries, attending to customer needs and administrative tasks, as required.

**About you.**
- two (2) years working experience as a receptionist, answering incoming calls
- previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
