**Receptionist**

The Receptionist is responsible for providing a white glove experience to all clients, staff and visitors, whether on the phone or in person. Our Receptionist needs to make everyone feel welcome and well looked after. A proactive mindset, customer service demeanor, an eye for details, and a willingness to support other departments will ensure your success with us.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the highest level of customer service by greeting all visitors in a helpful, friendly and professional manner
- Notify employees of visitor’s arrival when necessary and escort clients to the boardroom when required
- Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a cordial, professional and timely manner and transfer to appropriate party
- Provide answers to caller’s inquiries and if assistance is needed, transfer to appropriate party
- Maintain boardroom bookings and ensure the boardrooms are tidy before and after visitors
- Order catering for events and meetings, ensuring orders are received on time and accurately
- Manage outgoing mail by adding postage and tracking for disbursements
- Contacting, scheduling, and keeping track of outgoing mail courier services
- Handle light administrative duties including expense reimbursements and miscellaneous projects as assigned
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Manage visitor card keys and keep records/logs as required
- Maintain the waiting area, boardrooms, and office kitchen/lunchroom

**Qualifications**
- College or university diploma/degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in office administration
- Solution and client service oriented
- Tech savvy with proven commitment to efficiency and continuous learning
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Time Matters, PC Law and Primafact would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to occasionally work overtime
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is a definite asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
