**Responsibilities of the Entry Level Recruiter/Administrative Assistant**:

- Conduct various recruitment activities, including resume screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, and preliminary online interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the hiring process by proactively communicating updates and information.
- Ensure proper maintenance of both paper and electronic files and logging in appropriate systems.
- Monitor and address the administrative and recruitment needs of the office to optimize day-to-day operations.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications of the Entry-Level Recruiter/Administrative Assistant**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office setting performing administrative duties, with a focus on human resources or recruiting.
- Strong organizational and computer skills are a must, along with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Proficiency using G-suite, particularly with Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, is highly desirable. Experience using Excel spreadsheets is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with diverse groups of people in various situations, while also maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
- Comfortable working in a complex environment, dealing with various situations, and taking the initiative to promote continuous improvement in the department.
