**Responsibilities**:

- Develop content and deliver training for company wide annual GMP & zoning training, and companywide allergen training.
- Train cross-functional team on CCP’s and OPRP’s.
- Perform routine internal inspections (light intensity, glass & brittle plastic inspection) & audits.
- Track & trend internal GMP scores and present during production huddles and management review meetings.
- Follow up with process owners on timely closure of action items.
- Escalate critical and major findings within the audit programs to the Quality leadership.
- Coordinate annual review & reassessment of PRP’s.
- Maintain the deviation log to ensure all corrective actions are closed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the CIP allergen validation and coordinate internal & external testing.
- Maintain change control log to ensure all potential changes that could potentially affect food safety are captured & hazards controlled.
- Attend to third party and client audits, follow up and ensure timely responses for corrective actions.
- Provides supports to manufacturing facility team in helping them with the management of non-conformance issues, corrective action, closure of CAR’s and preventive actions.
- Provides support for the suppliers and other audit programs.
- Writing work instructions and SOP.
- Reporting & editing professional documents.
- Conduct training for SOPs &WI’s.
- Create and update monitoring forms as required.
- Participate in change management initiatives.
- Validation and verification of new products, line, and equipment.
- Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
- Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Internal Auditor Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of prior Internal Auditor experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Profile**:

- University degree in food science or equivalent experience in food industry quality is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in Low Acid beverage industry, or a regulated food environment is an asset
- Good knowledge of the food environment and the related regulatory requirements (CFIA, Health Canada, USDA, FDA)
- Possess knowledge of food safety system (HACCP and other Food safety program certification)
- High level computer skills (MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and various other company systems)
- Must own a vehicle and have a valid G2/G driver’s license
