As a Universal Flooring Systems **Installation Supervisor**, you will:
Oversee the installation of multiple commercial scale projects with focus on delivering extraordinary customer service, maintaining site schedule and quality workmanship. Take part in site meetings, as necessary, starting at the pre-bid stage through completion and project close out. Be the central hub for communication between our Operations Team and the customers site team ensuring both the concerns and best interests of all parties are being communicated in a solution oriented, and professional manner.

You will be responsible for the selection of installation teams/subcontractors based on the size, scope, and technical aspects of each project. In addition to scheduling the installation you will work closely with the project manager and procurement and logistics team to develop a work plan, schedule, and material acquisition for each job. During regular site visits you will provide technical consultation to customers regarding site requests and scope changes and ensure continuous communication of key project decisions and customer requests to the Universal Floorings project manager. During your onsite monitoring of installation progress you will identify any deficiencies in workmanship and ensure timely corrective actions are taken enabling a smooth project closeout and turnover to the customer.

Installation Supervisors report to the Operations Manager and work in a team-based environment in coordination with Universal Flooring account managers, project managers and operations staff.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in the commercial flooring industry, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a site supervisor or installation supervisor role
- Previous floor covering installation experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple site/projects at a time.
- Must be adept in all floor covering solutions, their uses, and proper installation techniques.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Highly accountable, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Versatile, dependable, problem solver, with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and organization skills
- Excited to work in a team environment - delivering quality Universal Flooring and its products and services in partnership with Universal Flooring account executives, filed operations, and executive teams

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
