**Microbulk Install Service Supervisor (Full Time) Calgary, AB**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling of technicians for equipment installations, removals and repair service calls at customer sites
- Provide direction for day-to-day operations for Microbulk technicians in the region.
- Generate, assign and track work orders in EAM
- Respond to customer inquiries related to equipment issues and provide solutions, and review emergency/after-hours situations for root cause.
- Communicate with sales organization to confirm equipment installations, project timeline and any technical challenges.
- Maintain installations parts inventory and create PO vendor requests for re-supply.
- Responsible for inventory management for microbulk assets across the region.
- Review design installation documents submitted by the sales team for upcoming projects and ensure required government and/or Linde requirements are met.
- Maintains effective working relationships with all stakeholders by providing clear communication.
- Assist in preparing month-end Sales & Financial reports for Regional management
- Develop and implement new productivity and safety projects
- Review & provide required training to department personnel
- Promote a strong safety culture

**Qualifications**:

- Experience supervising employees in a coordinator or customer service role.
- Budget management experience.
- Familiarity with computer databases and software, e.g., EAM, JD Edwards, Sharewaves, Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge for formula writing and data analysis
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to have a positive impact working in a team environment
- Detail oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, efficient time management and proven organization skills with an ability to multitask and problem solve
- Experience working with and designing cryogenic piping systems is an asset
- Experience working and/or managing in a union environment is beneficial

**Other considerations**:

- Excellent command of English language (written and verbal).
- Able to travel periodically when required.
- BEng Mechanical or BEng Chemical degree or Diploma equivalent industry experience in pressure piping.
- Experience writing and interpreting technical procedures and instructions.
- Self-motivated team player who works well with others and has a strong customer and safety focus.
- Experience in distribution and customer service, with the ability to coordinate / schedule, after hours weekend emergency situations and “on call”.
- Light - moderate lifting (objects up to 25 pounds) and comfortable using hearing equipment.
