**Job Overview**

**Types of shifts**:

- Opener: typically 10am-7pm
- Lunch rush: typically part time on busy days and weekends: usually 11am-2pm
- Supper Rush: typically 4-7pm
- Late: typically 4-11pm
- Closer: typically 4-1:30am weekdays or 3:30am weekends

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation areas comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Follow all restaurant policies regarding food service and kitchen operations.
- Assist customers in placing their orders and facilitating payments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
- A passion for cooking and creating quality meals that delight customers is highly valued.
