**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow optimization.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to maintain quality standards and uphold safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and address maintenance or safety concerns proactively.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or certificate in a related field (1-2 years of post-secondary education preferred).
- Familiarity with car wash equipment and maintenance is an asset.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license; experience with hand tools or machinery is a plus.

**Job Details**
- **Type**: Full-time
- **Hours**: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts, including mornings and overtime as required)
- **Salary**: Commensurate with experience
- **Location**: On-site
- **Requirements**: Steel-toe footwear
