Growing Property Management company is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant with Condominium Experience Full Time Position.

Responsible to provide and coordinate all administrative support required for the property management office.

**Responsibilities: As delegated and may include**:
Communication with Unit Owners

Tracing and pursuit of accounts in arrears.
Preparation and Issuance of Notices issued to Unit Owners upon completion of annual operation budget.
Issuance and collection of year-end operating expense statements.
Obtain and maintenance of commercial tenant proof of insurance.

**Maintaining current**:
Property Information Sheets (PIS)
Tenant Information Sheets (TIS)
On Call Information with Message Centre
On Call Binders
Operation Binders
Work Binders - Residential
- Reception Coverage as required.
- Perform credit checks.
- Schedule meetings.
- Utility tracking.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience with condominiums

Shiftsuite software

Excellent English communication skills

Very good computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
