We are currently seeking a qualified Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The Proposal Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development Team by facilitating the coordination and development of RFP-compliant, competitive, and high-quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification. This hybrid position is under the supervision of the Senior Proposal Manager.

**Location**: Mississauga, Ontario

**Responsibilities**
- Independently managing low-complexity proposals while assisting the Proposal Manager in handling complex and strategic bids.
- Actively contributing to the production of proposal documents, including proposal and quote templates, as well as marketing and technical documentation.
- Assisting in enhancing proposal content throughout the pursuit process under the guidance of the Proposal Manager.
- Formatting and laying out proposals and other marketing materials using standard templates.
- Coordinating, producing, packaging, and tracking proposals for delivery to ensure submission deadlines are consistently met, including assisting in the closeout process.
- Coordinating and participating in internal team and customer meetings.
- Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Basic Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including involvement in the proposal process.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, coupled with excellent written and verbal English skills, including the ability to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and narrative flow.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with individuals at all levels and coordinate assignments while assembling necessary documents within strict client deadlines.
- Availability to work on a hybrid schedule (remote/in-office).
