**Job Overview**

This role requires strong reading comprehension, excellent time management skills, and a high level of accuracy. Prior experience in documentation, proposal writing, or administrative coordination is mandatory.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze tender documents, scope of work, and submission requirements.
- Prepare complete and compliant tender/proposal submissions within given timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure proposals are formatted, proofread, and comply with tender instructions.
- Track deadlines, maintain documentation records, and manage submission schedules.
- Assist in drafting project-specific write-ups, company profiles, and supporting documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive commercial documents responsibly.

**Experience**
- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in documentation, proposal writing, tender coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret lengthy documents.
- Excellent written communication and document formatting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict submission deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing tools).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
