Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is a growing breakfast/lunch chain that is looking for Host/Hostess as we continue to expand and grow.

We are hiring for the following locations:
460 Renforth Drive, Etobicoke, ON

Job Responsibilities:

- Be the first friendly face guests see when they walk in.
- Make them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Use a waitlist system on a tablet to track and seat parties efficiently.
- Balance server sections to ensure even workloads.
- Keep entrance and host stand clean and organized.
- Help reset tables during rushes if needed.
- Take to-go orders
- Answer questions about hours, menu, or wait times.
- Let servers know when they’re getting a new table.
- Alert the kitchen to larger parties or any special needs.
- Seat guests with accessibility needs or preferences (booth vs. table, window seat, etc.).
- Handle complaints professionally or loop in a manager.
- Ensure menus are clean, up to date, and available.
- Set out seasonal or limited-time offer signage.
- Keep a pulse on how long tables have been seated.
- Estimate accurate wait times and communicate them clearly.
- Ensure orders are packaged, labeled, and ready for pickup.
- Help delivery drivers or guests get their food quickly.

Job Requirements:

- minimum 1 year experience required
- excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
