Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation
- Lead quality management initiatives to enhance overall product quality
- Manage and coordinate quality control activities throughout the production process
- Oversee project management aspects related to quality control

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to lead and motivate teams towards quality improvement goals
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,134.79-$118,306.51 per year
