**Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will work within the Enhanced Business Solutions (EBS) delivery team and closely work with integration architects, seasoned business analysts as well as development teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions using the Elite platform. You will gather, review, validate and document business and functional requirements and will ensure a clearly defined data and API strategy is in place. You will assist development and deployment teams in end-to-end business process testing. You will work closely with the different stakeholders to ensure our strategy and solution is well understood and is grounded in our clients’ reality.

What you’ll do
- Collect, document, and analyze workflows, as well as develop business process models in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design, integration, and quality expectations are met/exceeded.
- Assist your line and project manager by contributing to estimating work effort, project sizing, and backlog breakdown into manageable stories or deliverables.
- Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
- Analyze and proposed solutions for functional requirement that can integrate well with generic functionalities and identify the functionality gaps.
- Develop strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the definition of migration paths for legacy systems integrations.

Your qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of business processes and concepts associated with supply change, logistics and warehousing fundamentals.
- Experience examining business processes and systems, modeling data, organizing activities, and developing business process strategies.
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and be detail oriented.
- Proficient in collaborative group development, and a team player.
- Logical and analytical person.
- Self-motivated and attentive to detail.
- Creative to find new solutions and learning on the fly.
- Flexible in facilitating change or adapting to changing needs.
- Open for travel to customer sites, as required.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.

What else could give you an edge when applying?
- Experience with Supply-Chain Management systems.
- Agile and hybrid waterfall development experience is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience of formal standards and methods such as BPMN.
- Familiarity with Integration patterns, API Gateways, message brokers, Micro services.
