Order Entry Clerk

**Responsibilities**
- Input stock orders
- Prepare custom formula estimates and worksheets
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Verifying shipping addresses and research quotes for shipping costs
- Prepare customer communication with order questions and status updates
- Strong attention to detail with order verification
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information
- Collaboration with other departments to support business initiatives
- Commitment to fulfill our customer promise and service standards
- Multitasking in a high-paced environment based on business needs
- Process customer payments
- Administrative tasks as required
**Attributes**
- A background in holistic health, nutrition, supplements or natural wellness
- 1+ years experience in Customer Service or data entry
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and operational demands
- Previous QuickBooks experience an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with sensitive customer information
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills
This is a full time (32-40 hours/week) permanent opportunity. Hours are 10am - 6pm with two (2) weeks’ vacation per year along with personal days and health benefits after three months. To be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume
