Project Manager, Construction:

- Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong command plumbing systems operation and design as well as applicable codes standards and construction law
- Demonstrated history in successful project delivery
- Strong general computer skills and fluency in using Microsoft office suite programs including Microsoft Project
- Strong network and knowledge of vendors and contractors.
- Advanced leadership, organization, communication and project management skills
- Strong understanding of labour management, and applicable collective agreements

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working as a service technician in a related industry
- Needs to be able to rough-in a entire project with no guidance
- Experience working on commercial/industrial and residential plumbing systemsry
- Ability to read and understand prints, drawings, and technical bulletins
- Basic computer skills to complete service reports and logs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

**Responsibilities**:

- Run a plumbing site with little guidance
- Identify and address plumbing problems in commercial and residential properties
- Install, maintain, plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with potable water and/or drain piping.
- Prepare written quotes and service requisitions for office
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$138,000.00 per year
