**Description**:
ATCO Frontec is seeking a Roads and Grounds Labourer to join our Jansen Discovery Lodge in Jansen, SK. The Roads and Grounds Labourer will be responsible for coordinating and completing grounds maintenance work.

**Where We Work and Live**:
The Jansen Discovery Lodge is located in Jansen, SK. This position is based on an 14 days on, 7 days off rotation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the general upkeep of the external property in all seasons by providing snow and ice removal, mowing lawns, raking and weeding, shrub and tree pruning, watering lawns, and cleaning sidewalks
- Safely operating hand-held equipment and tools used in maintaining the grounds and for the purpose of mowing lawn, snow removal, cleaning parking lots/sidewalks
- Operating various equipment such as bob cat, front end loader, sand truck, areal work platform
- Collection and disposal of refuse and debris
- Cleaning outside windows
- Cleaning of eaves on all buildings at site
- Maintenance of the exterior of the buildings, i.e. free of debris, leaves
- Organizing and maintaining supplies required such as fuel, oil, soil, fertilizers, and weed control products
- Performing other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Have previous experience as a groundskeeper/landscaper, operating and maintenance of related equipment will be an asset
- Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required
- Current OSSA or OSHA approved certificates in Fall Arrest, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform is required;
- Be self-motivated and be able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Have the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

This position has been identified as safety sensitive and will require completion of a pre-employment alcohol & drug test, fit to work medical test, and criminal record check.
