We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to support ONA in technology project initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Four (4) or more year’s equivalent work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience satisfactory to ONA).
- University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.
- Identify gaps in functional/technical specifications.
- Responsible for finding and verifying defects found during development and end user testing.
- Perform manual and automated test cases.
- Create, track, modify, and close defect tickets using a Defect Tracking tool
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing and QA documentation standards.
- Consolidates tests results and prepares reports or presentations on the progress of testing on a regular basis maintaining a list of reported system defects, production issues and known workarounds.
- Participate into all key sprint activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Solution Demos. Makes recommendations to improve the quality of future systems development.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL queries.
- Must have Agile development process experience.
- Familiarity with GIT based source Control (Azure Devops)

**Nice to Have Skillset**:

- Professional certifications in related technologies.
- Test automation development.
- CI/CD automation.
- Performance testing.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail required.
- Ability to take ownership to build maintainable solutions.
- Comfortable in communicating desired solution to non-technical stakeholders.
