**Job description**

Hours will likely start around 20-25 hrs per week (give or take) with opportunity for more in near future. Must have weekday availability (including afternoons & evenings), and most Saturdays. Most shifts are generally between 4-9 hrs+/-. Wage & any questions can be discussed directly with the veterinarian/practice owner at time of interview.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs _safely_ without assistance from floor to counter waist level (i.e. large bags of dog food, VPCL clinic supply bins), be at least 18 yrs or older (X-ray on site), bondable, and strong work ethic. We strongly recommend that your tetanus shot should be current for your protection (usually at least once every 10 yrs) due to bite risks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-28 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
