Safehouse and Sabre are joined in the Starn Group by Dynamic Air Shelters, leading providers of quick-deploy, blast resistant, inflatable structures for workers and equipment in harsh environments. Additionally, Starn Group provides clinically focussed infection prevention and control systems through StarnIPC.

**Job Functions and Responsibilities**
- To represent Sabre Safety Services in a positive and professional manner and to provide consistent high standards of H2S Services to all clients.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to promote safe working practices and strive for continual improvement.
- Conduct operational duties in a safe manner in line with company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Be pro-active on projects and make recommendations with operational set up.
- Support the senior operational focal point on site and feedback any field intel to the projects team.
- Provide Initial support for client personnel with regards technical information, issues or concerns and escalate as required.
- Become familiar with ongoing operational schedule through field paperwork and communication with the project teaM/Field personnel.
- Ensure field paperwork is completed and provide feedback when required.
- Keep in regular contact with allocated Field Supervisor and arrange periodic discussion updates when operational commitments allow.
- Support and encourage fellow H2s Safety Supervisors.
- Conducting on-the-job mentoring and encouraging development when required.
- Maintain regular contact with the projects team to update on project progress and raise any issues or concerns.
- Conduct end of project briefings to the Operations Manager/Project Engineers.
- Recommendations on equipment specification, quantities, and location/placements.
- Making a proactive contribution to the successful implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Supervision experience.
- Oil and Gas experience (not essential).
- Operational and Technical background.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $250.00-$300.00 per day
