**Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Specialist**
**Location**: Halifax, NS (Hybrid Role)
Graphic Design Halifax is looking for a **creative and driven Social Media Specialist** to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media and digital marketing, thrives on creativity, and enjoys collaborating with a talented graphic design team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct social media account audits and analyze performance
- Collaborate with the graphic design / social media team to develop engaging content ideas for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Capture and edit photos/videos professionally or with an iPhone
- Schedule and manage posts using social media management software
- Track, measure, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics and other insights tools
- Assist in optimizing social media strategies for clients across various industries
**Required Skills & Software Proficiency**:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
- Strong understanding of WordPress CMS
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and social media insights
- Photo/video capturing and editing skills, using either professional tools or an iPhone
**Preferred Experience**:
- Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms, including creative direction and execution (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Industry-specific experience (let us know if you have any)
- Proven experience collaborating with creative teams and executing content strategies
