At The Offy, we're passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest, whether they're joining us for a casual drink at the bar, brunch on our patio on a sunny day, or a full-course evening meal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations and seating chart to optimize table turnover
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and host stand
- Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Assist in busing and clearing tables as needed to support the team and maintain a clean dining area

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Weekend availability is a must, as our busiest services are Saturday and Sunday brunch
